Mechanical ventilation and heat recovery is specified to maintain internal air quality and humidity, whilst an array of solar panels and an air source heat pump see the building achieve outstanding sustainability credentials. 

The building is clad in Larch featheredge board and natural stone, with an anthracite corrugated metal roof. Large format slim profile glazing is located to frame picture views over the surrounding countryside. 

The project started on site in the spring of 2024 and is due for completion at the end of the year.
